AIESEC Indonesia Management Board Conference 2011 will gather leaders in your local committee to share ideas, knowledge, and experience in order for us to reach more people and engage more stakeholders for resulting a more sustainable impact to society. This conference will challenge you to innovate and invent new things that will make us better than before, push you from your boundaries and limit, challenge for a solutive and implementable ideas for today and a better future.

During October 15th until October 18th this year, every Local Committee Executive Board members are very welcomed to Indonesia, situated in Southeast Asia as the largest country in the region and very well - known for its wonderful diversity.

This conference objective are

·   Cultivate passionate leadership and realign personal engagement

·   Cultivate innovative and invent way of thinking in running operational and facing the challenges

·   Review, evaluate, and formulate improved-invented strategy for expanding the engagement of all stakeholders

·   Increase capacity to perform more through out knowledge and skills needed

·   Recharge the excitement of fulfilling the promise

Who Will be Able to Join This Great National Conference?

 The AIESEC member that has the level of Manager, OCP, Second year member and Executive Board in each of the LC. And this is more detail about the participant :

• 150 university students from Indonesia and other countries
• Age : 19 - 24
• Leadership role members ( Executive Boards, Team Leaders, Organizing Committee Presidents )
• Alumni – mostly participated in external session and special event
